Wash on a delicate cycle, short wash with cold water.

Avoid letting the garment sit in washer when cycle is finished.

Remove promptly and air dry your garments when possible.

Cotton will react and shrink to high temperatures when washing or drying.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

US ORDERS 

We issue refunds on non-sale items in original condition with tags attached, folded nicely, unworn in the same condition as received, free of hair and perfume, returned within 21 days from the purchase date.  1 week outside of the time range will be processed as a gift card.  Items that don't meet the condition required, will be sent back to you.  Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.  Final Sale, Sample Sale items are not eligible for return.  No price adjustments after purchase.  

To book a return or exchange, item must meet requirements and condition.  Email us at: hello@mamene.studio with your order # and items you would like to return.

We will reply with a return shipping label and directions.  Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we have received the item.

Free Exchanges. You can request an even exchange for a different size or color for the same item.  Exchanges for styles with a different value, process a return and place a new order on the new item.

A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the return total.  We kindly ask that our returns service not be overused.  We consider multiple returns/refunds over 3 returns an overuse and will not honor returns henceforth.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns and Exchanges - email hello@mamene.studio to start the return. Unfortunately we cannot cover return shipping or duty fees. 

Exchange - place a new order for the item and we will cover shipping on orders over $150.  We issue refunds on products returned within 14 days from the date you received your item.  Product must have tags attached and arrive in the same condition as it was received in order for a refund.
