US Orders Book a Return or Exchange here
Free US exchanges. You can request a different size or color for the same item through our automated exchange link above. Exchanges for other styles with a different value, process a return and place a new order on the new item.
We issue refunds on non-sale items returned within 14 days from the date you received your item. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Final mark-downs, Sample Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. No price adjustments after purchase.
A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the return total. Product must have tags attached, in the same condition as received, folded nicely, free of hair / pet hair in order for a refund. If the product doesn't meet original condition, it may be sent back to you. Book a return or exchange through the link above and a shipping label will be sent to your email. Print label and drop off at the carrier on label. You will get notifications until the refund has been processed. Refunds are processed within 3 business days once item has been delivered.

Exchange - place a new order for the item and we will cover shipping on orders over $300. We issue refunds on products returned within 14 days from the date you received your item. Product must have tags attached and arrive in the same condition as it was received in order for a refund.
