Wash on a delicate cycle, short wash with cold water.
Avoid letting the garment sit in washer when cycle is finished.
Remove promptly and air dry your garments when possible.
Cotton will react and shrink to high temperatures when washing or drying.

To book a return or exchange, make sure your item qualifies by reading the below requirements and item condition. If your item qualifies, email us at: hello@mamene.studio
We will reply with a return shipping label and directions. Print label and drop off at the carrier on the label. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we have received the item.
Free Exchanges. You can request an even exchange for a different size or color for the same item. Exchanges for styles with a different value, process a return and place a new order on the new item.
We issue refunds on non-sale items in original condition with tags attached, folded nicely, unworn in the same condition as received, free of hair and perfume, returned within 21 days from the purchase date. 1 week outside of the time range will be processed as a gift card. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Final Sale, Sample Sale items are not eligible for return. No price adjustments after purchase.
A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the return total. Product must be in the condition noted above in order for a refund. If the product doesn't meet original those conditions, it will be sent back to you. We kindly ask that our returns service not be overused. We consider multiple returns/refunds over 3 returns an overuse and will not honor returns henceforth.

Exchange - place a new order for the item and we will cover shipping on orders over $150. We issue refunds on products returned within 14 days from the date you received your item. Product must have tags attached and arrive in the same condition as it was received in order for a refund.
