US ORDERS Free Shipping and Exchanges on US orders with a 4-5 business day transit time.  You can choose Express 2-3 day transit time at checkout. Express orders ship approximately within 24 hours with a 2-3 day transit time.  We cannot guarantee any carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Free Shipping on orders over $150 via UPS Worldwide.  Under $150, rate and transit time is based on location.

Brand covers shipping and import tax based on the country purchased from.  Duties & taxes are based on the item / commodity and your location.  These are covered by the client and are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items shipped to you or returning to us.  We do our best to work with the carrier used to reclaim the goods.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

US ORDERS 

We issue refunds on non-sale items in original condition with tags attached, folded nicely, unworn in the same condition as received, free of hair and perfume, returned within 21 days from the purchase date.  1 week outside of the time range will be processed as a gift card.  Items that don't meet the condition, will be sent back to you.  Items marked Final Sale, Sample Sale and Flash Sale items are not eligible for return.  No price adjustments after purchase.  

To book a return or exchange, item must meet requirements and condition.  Email us at: hello@mamene.studio with your order # and items you would like to return.

We will reply with a return shipping label and directions.  Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we have received the item.

Free Exchanges. You can request an even exchange for a different size or color for the same item.  Exchanges for styles with a different value, process a return and place a new order on the new item.

A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the return total.  We kindly ask that our returns service not be overused.  We consider multiple returns, over 3 returns consecutively or within a quarterly time range - an overuse and will not honor returns henceforth.

Returns and Exchanges - email hello@mamene.studio to start the return. Unfortunately we cannot cover return shipping or duty fees. 

Exchange - place a new order for the item and we will cover shipping on orders over $150.  We issue refunds on products returned within 14 days from the date you received your item.  Product must have tags attached and arrive in the same condition as it was received in order for a refund.
